Heart Health India Foundation (HHIF) is India’s leading patient-led organization advancing awareness, advocacy, and support for people living with heart disease. Representing a community of over 20,000 patients and caregivers, HHIF works at the intersection of public health and patient experience—bridging dialogue between communities, clinicians, and policymakers— by partnering with hospitals, academic and research institutions, healthcare professionals, and corporates, amongst others. Through national campaigns, global collaborations, and evidence-based patient storytelling, HHIF is redefining how preventive care, rehabilitation, and patient-centric healthcare are delivered and communicated across India and beyond.
