Heart Failure Warriors NI (HFWNI) was founded in 2023 by a group of heart failure patients supported by healthcare professionals in the Southern Health and Social Care Trust in Northern Ireland. We believe in fostering a community that shares experiences, knowledge, and hope, allowing warriors to find strength and resilience within themselves. Through education, advocacy, and compassionate outreach, we strive to improve the quality of life for every heart failure warrior in Northern Ireland.
